1 · Source verification
Before any material enters our supply chain, we verify halal certification directly with the issuing body — confirming the certificate covers the exact SKU, is within its validity period, and is recognized in your destination market. We review production standards, traceability systems, and export track record, and verification repeats at every certificate renewal.
2 · Independent testing
Each batch is sampled and dispatched to an accredited third-party laboratory — SGS or Intertek — for a full panel: protein content, purity, heavy metals including lead and arsenic, microbial safety, and bloom strength for gelatin. Results are compared against your specification before the batch is cleared for shipment. A batch that misses specification never ships; it is that simple.
3 · Documented dispatch
Cleared batches are packed, sealed, and dispatched with the complete five-document set, every reference tied to the batch code. Our clearing agents file customs entries, and you receive copies of all documentation before the vessel sails — so your import team is never surprised at the port. After delivery, we keep records available for your audits for years, not months.

Traceability, batch by batch
Each batch is traceable from origin through testing to shipment: production date, halal certificate reference, laboratory report number, and export documents all tie to the same batch code. If your auditor asks a question two years from now, the paper trail answers it.
Compliance without friction
Documentation is prepared for your market: pharmacopoeial limits referenced to USP or EP as required, halal certification matched to your destination, and Certificates of Origin issued through the Chamber of Commerce. Shipments clear customs because the paperwork is right the first time.

Pharmacopoeial limits
Pharmaceutical gelatin is tested against USP and EP monograph limits — heavy metals including lead and arsenic, microbial counts, ash, moisture, and identity. Food-grade material follows Codex and destination-market food standards. Your specification governs: if your quality system sets tighter limits than the pharmacopoeia, we test against yours.
Halal standards
Certification is only as strong as its recognition. We work with certificates from bodies recognized by GAC/ESMA for the Gulf, JAKIM for Malaysia, BPJPH/MUI for Indonesia, and IFANCA/AHF for North America and Europe — and we confirm recognition with the certifier in writing before a supplier relationship begins, and again at every renewal.

Send us your supplier qualification questionnaire and we complete it properly — with document references, not checkbox optimism. We support desk audits with full traceability records, and for standing supply relationships we can arrange facility visits. Your auditors' questions two years from now are answered by the paper trail we build today.
Sampling, retesting, and non-conformance
Sampling policy
Samples are drawn from the actual production batch offered — never from a golden reference lot — and dispatched with the batch's own laboratory report. If you order from a different batch later, that batch is tested on its own; historical results never substitute for current ones.
Retest and shelf life
Each COA states the production and testing dates, so your quality system can set retest intervals with confidence. For long-held inventory we arrange retesting through the same accredited laboratories on request, with results referenced to the original batch code.
If something is ever wrong
A non-conforming result at any stage stops the shipment — before dispatch, at our cost. In the rare event a delivered lot raises a question, we respond with the full batch file, arrange independent retesting of retained samples, and replace confirmed non-conforming material. Accountability is not a clause we negotiate; it is the product we sell.
