3 · Terms, order, delivery

Do you handle small first orders?
Yes. We would rather earn a standing relationship through a successful pilot order than push you into volumes you are not ready for. Minimums depend on product and destination, but pilot-scale quantities are a normal part of how serious buyers evaluate — and how we prefer to start.
Which ports do you ship to?
Any port your freight lane serves: Jebel Ali, Dammam, Port Klang, Jakarta, Rotterdam, and North American ports are all routine. We quote CIF or FOB Karachi per your preference, and our clearing agents handle Pakistani export formalities regardless of destination.

A note on how we handle enquiries
Every enquiry is read by someone technical enough to answer it properly — not routed through a sales queue.
